So I had my first real spit up experience with Owen this week. I was getting ready to go to the movies with alyssa and was literally handing Owen to KC when Owen decided to spit up all down my shirt...yes down my shirt. He's spit up before but not really lots. This was lots! So I had to go clean up and change so that I could leave. It was really gross :) Owen has been getting so much bigger. He's still in his newborn diapers and clothes but i feel like he's just way bigger.
Also, Owen has had his best few days of sleeping at night. He sleeps for a good 4.5-5 hours each night. I love it because then i can actually wake up with him. Otherwise i'm really not awake at all and it ends up taking twice as long to feed him.
And Owen took his first shower today. I bathed him in the shower with me and it was great. I think he liked it better once he figured out what was going on. It was fun though.
Well KC and I are doing great. We are adjusting very well to having Owen here with us. And even though KC is still getting up super early for school he is such a help with Owen. We're going out about once a week on some sort of date. We've done dinner, movies, and grocery shopping together. Its great having Alyssa and Tyler here to babysit for us. We really love that they dont mind helping out.
Well have an very Happy Valentine's Day this weekend. We love you all lots!
