Fun with Papa in town!

So we had KC's dad (Papa) come visit on Monday night and he left this morning. It was fun to have him in town for a little while. He's been on a motorcycle trip for a few weeks so when he got here he was in his leather chaps and boots and had a scruffy face and Owen was sorta scared of him. It was really funny. He wouldn't go over and give him a hug or anything. We barely got his picture:


Jack loved it though. He was smiley in all the pictures.

So Kevin was super nice and watched Owen and Jack all day yesterday while I was able to go out and have a relaxation day. It was so much needed and definitely relaxing. And as part of that day I got my hair cut and chopped it all off

I really like it. But we'll see if I can do it again to make it look good. That's the part I'm worried about.

Well In other news Owen is doing well in his potty training. He even does pretty well at nights. He and I have stubborn opinions about him going to the bathroom, though, so I'm having to learn patience right now. Sometimes I just want to give up and say whatever. I can't force him to sit on the potty I've found. So I'm glad that for the most part he doesn't argue with me. But he's doing great.
