So I thought I'd update you all on my babysitting situation for Owen since my last post about it had me feeling kinda "iffy". So my inspired visiting teaching companion (who also knows Becky)called me on saturday after reading my post and let me know that she had "iffy" feelings about the situation also. I was so grateful that she called! It helped me realize that my feelings were "mother's intuition" feelings or promptings from the spirit letting me know that this wasnt who I should be leaving Owen with. And there wasn't anything wrong with her, and I'm sure nothing would have happened to Owen but for some reason I needed to not have Becky babysit Owen for me. So, unfortunately, we had to let her know that, and I begged Cara to keep watching Owen for now :) She and Jeff are really the best and are so great with Owen. So they graciously said they could watch him until school starts again at the end of August.
So if any of you know someone who would like to babysit Owen during the days, let me know because I'm now back in the market for someone! But I am so thankful for my VT companion following her promptings and calling me and I'm even more thankful to Cara and Jeff for watching Owen for us. We really appreciate their help.
