So today is a day of mixed emotions... about everything. It starts with yesterday being Cara and Jeff's last day to watch Owen. They have been amazing with him and we are so sad that she got the job she wanted and starts soon, Owen will miss her. But, really, we're happy she got the job she wanted. So we have someone new starting on Monday, and I'm really nervous. I think I'll be OK once the first few days are passed but something about it is just making me uneasy. Fortunately, though, Becky will be watching Owen here at home. So he'll be in his environment and will have his toys, and whatever else he needs. And I'm probably stressing over nothing, but that's what I do.
On a happier note, Owen is becoming mobile...he knows how to scoot and even gets on his knees and his elbows and rocks back and forth. He's growing up so much. He turns 7 months old this week and I just can't believe it. Next thing I know he's going to be crawling everywhere. I'm so proud at how well he's growing and learning everything. Although, it does make me nervous to have him learn to crawl...he already tries to take my books off the shelves when he rolls his way over to them. Silly kid.
