So on Saturday we went to a bbq with some of KC's friends from work and had lots of fun. One of the other couples there has a little girl the same age as Owen named Lucy. Lucy likes to hold hands with people so she grabbed Owen's had and then walked around the grass holding hands. It was pretty much the cutest thing ever. Lucy's mom took pictures of it so I'll have to get one from her and post it.
Then Saturday night we went to a bon fire up Provo Canyon with Alyssa and Tyler, Kylee and Zach, and Tyler's friend and his wife. We made smores, and roasted marshmallows. Owen had to stay up late to go with us but he loved it. His favorite part was roasting marshmallows over the fire. He was even pretty good for being up so late.
Last week we also studied the letters "G" and "H". We got some fun books from the library like we do every week and Owen actually liked the books we got. Usually we just read them once or twice but this week Owen had me read them over and over. We learned about our hands, goats, hammers, and hearts. It was fun. I really like doing this stuff with him. This week we're going back in the alphabet to study the letters "E" and "F" and learning about elephants, feet, and ears and such. It's going to be fun.
