Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great Valentines Day! KC and I did. He gave me some red roses and then we went to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner. We got there and it didn't look like there was any wait but it ended up being 1 1/2hr wait. So we got to walk around the mall for a while. We went to this store that had the same games you would play at chuck e cheese. KC and I raced cars and shot baskets. It was fun. It's not something that you do everyday, or ever for that matter, so it was exciting to do something different. Mind you, we were the only people our age in there. Everyone else was much younger :) but thats what makes it fun.
So this past weekend my Mom and Dad came in to town. My mom came up on friday. Alyssa and I picked her up at the airport and we met up with Tyler (Alyssa's BF) and KC and when to PF Changs for dinner. This was kind of a weekend for my parents to get to know Tyler better so we had a fun dinner asking him questions and hanging out with him. My dad flew up on Sunday and we had Alyssa and Tyler over for dinner and games again. On a side note, I made Sunday dinner for the first time, by myself. It was so fun. My mom walked me through what I needed to do because I had never made a roast before. And I don't mean to brag but it turned out amazing :) Monday we went bowling with everyone. I had a pretty good game of 112, yay, and KC had some great games of 146 and 170. He was on a roll. We just hung out with everyone for the rest of the day and my mom and dad left that night. It was sad to have them leave. But they'll be up again for conference so it will be fine.
