Hey guys. So here's a little about our week. First, thepictures above are of my bruises. They look worse than they really are...they're funny to me so that's why I thought i'd post them. The bruise on my wrist is still from when I played baseball and the butt of the bat was hitting me there. The bruise on my knee is from falling the other day. I landed on my knee and aparentl did something more to it tjhan just landing on it cuz that is a huge bruise :) So now I feel like a 10 yr old boy who's been playing in trees and such all day...he would rightfully have bruises...i just have bruises :)

We tried to have a BBQ at the park yesterday but the weather didn't cooperate. So we had a BBQ at home. It was delicious. KC grilled flank steak that had been marinated in teriyaki sauce and you cut it up and eat it on hot dog buns. For sause we use ketchup ( yes it sounds funny but it's really yummy), A-1 sauce, or barbeque sause. We had Alyssa and Tyler over with Tyler's brother, sister, and cousin...and we had Kylee and Zach over. We ate bbq and watched episodes of the office...it was lots of fun.

Other than that we don't have much going on. Owen is doing awesome eating his rice cereal. He gets better each time we do it. We're also looking forward to my family coming up next weekend...its going to be so much fun to see them again.
