KC's Graduation Update

Here are the pictures from KC's graduation last week. I'm finally getting them up. We had so much fun that day. All my family was here and Kevin and Janene also. It was great to see all the support that KC has. His friends even commented on his support group :) So in the morning was The connvocation and President Monson spoke at it. He did a great job at speaking professionally, not religiously. Its weird because you never think of him as a speaker other than religiously. But it was neat, and the rest of the 1st presidency were there too with all their wives. We didnt take Owen to that part because he had been sick all week and was up coughing lots and we didnt want him around all those people. So Kim and Kat were so nice to stay back and watch him.
Then we came back and picked everyone up and got lunch really fast at Jason's Deli (yum, free ice cream) and then headed back to his school for the actual graduation ceremony. It was so neat to see him walk out there and be with his friends and enjoying himself. Owen and I are so proud of him! So we got to watch him get his diploma (i have that part on video, i'll post it later) and then we took all the pictures. KC was such a sport to let Janene and I take all the pictures we wanted.
Then for dinner we went to Chutes. Its a Chinese restaurant and it was acutally really good. Their green beans were amazing. It was just good food all around.
Kevin and Janene left Saturday morning so we didnt get to see them again but my family stayed and left sunday. Owen was up all night so Owen and I spelt for the first part of the morning (after taking him to the dr and finding out that its just a cold, better safe than sorry). And then that afternoon we went food shopping. My mom and dad were so nice to want to fill out cupboards with food...they must think we're starving college kids, when in fact we just dont eat lots...haha either way it was soooo nice of them to do that.
We had so much fun with everyone in town for that quick trip. I love having them all here...one more month til we get to see them again.

So monday KC and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary. Our actual anniversary was on Wednesday but KC started his last class (yes he was able to walk but he still has one more class to finish). So we went to California Pizza Kitchen (my choice) and Alyssa and Tyler watched Owen. Its so great to be able to have them watch owen for us. We really enjoyed the dinner and the time together.

Other than that life is just back to normal routine. I work every day and KC has late night classes again. Soon enough though, he'll be done with classes for good and I'll get to see him again at nights. Well thats my semi-quick update. We love you all!!!
